In recent years, as a new model in research on Well-Being, Social well-being gradually entered people's vision. It emphasizes the individual's adaptation to their social relationship. The primary and secondary school teachers are one of the main example for young students to learn, so the level of their social well-being not only affect their own living status, but also affect students' physical and mental development. Therefore, the study on the social well-being of teachers in primary and secondary schools will help teachers to carry out teaching work in a better state, and thus contribute to the implementation of quality education.In this research, 307 primary and secondary school teachers were selected as the research subjects, with school organizational climate questionnaire, teacher efficacy questionnaire and social well-being questionnaire as a research tool, all date were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The purpose of this research were to investigate the Status and characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers' social well-being, to reveal the relationships among school organizational climate, teaching efficacy and social well-being on primary and secondary school teachers, and provide a theoretical basis and empirical support for improving their social well-being level. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The social well-being of the school teachers is above the middle level. School organizational climate that teachers perceived and social well-being both have significant differences in demographic variables.(2)There is a significant correlation between school organizational climate and social well-being. And all dimensions of school organizational climate can predict social well-being in varying degrees.(3)There is a significant correlation between school organizational climate and teaching efficacy. And two dimensions of school organizational climate, which are supportive behavior and colleague behavior, can predict social well-being significantly.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between Teaching efficacy and social well-being. And two dimensions of school organizational climate, which are supportive behavior and colleague behavior, can predict social well-being significantly.(5)Teaching efficacy plays a partially intermediary role between school organizational climate and social well-being.
