Under the increasing pressures of the society, the teachers'job burnout has become more and more prominent social phenomenon and the hot topic in the psychological research in resent years. However, the educational administration department thinks wrongly the teachers' job burnout as the affairs which are not related to the school administrations. In addition, in the psychology research, very little involves to the organization factor inquisition, such as the school climate. As the whole organizational environmental indicator of the "personality", school climate makes a notable impact on the teachers' wellness/health. This paper is as the output of the research which explores the relationships between the school climate and the teachers'job burnout.This research surveyed 635 teachers of 34 primary school and secondary school within 4 provinces of China: Chong Qin, Si Chuan, He Nan and Yun Nan, using the Job Burnout Scale for Secondary School Teachers and the Organizational Climate Descriptive Scale for Primary School and Secondary School Teachers, whose components extracted by sorting and inducing the words and phrases which gathered through survey. This research draws following conclusions:i The sense of the burnout of the teachers are not strong as expected, but of which the energy burnout and the warmth burnout are outstanding due to the excessive work.. The teachers are not satisfied with the school climate, except of the interpersonal relationships.ii The correlation between the school climate and the teachers job burnout is significant;iii The components of school climate as the predictors can explain validly a part sum of the variance of the burnout as the dependent variable;iv The variance of school climate is significant between males and females, teachers and teachers in charge of class, and also within different levels of teaching ages, salaries and class hours a week;v The variance of teachers job burnout is significant between teachers and teachers in charge of class, the country school teachers and the city school teachers, married teachers and unmarried teachers, and also within different levels of ages, and class hours a week.
