As the saying goes "a good President is a good school". Introduced along with the development of quality education in our country and the new curriculum reform in depth, the principal measure in today is undergoing new changes. In the past, measure a good principal, the principal is basically is to see the headmaster of the school management level, including the reform of school management system and the innovation of the management mechanism, as well as people, money, material, matter to the school management. Today, the deepening of education reform development call for educators, especially for the principal behavior by administrative leadership transition to teaching. Can say, if a principal can not act on teaching leadership, so he can not become true educator, neither educator of running a school. In reality, however, the principal is how to lead the teaching? There are some problems? How to improve the teaching of the principal leadership level? It is for these questions, the author select the principal leadership behavior as a thesis topic to carry out teaching research, aimed at the basis of empirical study reveals high school principal teaching present situation and problems of leadership behavior, and to seek improvement strategy.In this study, on the basis of combing the related academic literature, draw lessons from the existing principal leadership behavior evaluation questionnaire, in jiangxi jiujiang randomly selects a number of high school to carry out the questionnaire survey, and on the basis of data analysis found that the current high school principal teaching leadership behavior mainly there are a few problems: one is the overall condition of the current high school principal teaching leadership behavior is not optimistic. Two teaching leadership behavior lack of teachers and students is a high school principal position; Three is the school's long teaching leadership behavior did not attach enough importance to moral education; Four high school principal is the effectiveness of teaching leadership behavior are greatly influenced by the school scale; Five is the school teaching leadership behavior lack of higher education leaders long.Furthermore, the author from the following three aspects to improve high school principal teaching leadership behavior of countermeasures and Suggestions: first, the improvement of the teaching of high school principal leadership behavior should seek the guidance of the new leadership theory. Specifically, moral leadership is a high school principal leadership and teaching to improve teaching leadership behavior two theories for reference. Second, a high school principal must be based on the inherent requirement of teaching reform and improve their teaching leadership behavior, which is of particular importance to strengthen the construction of curriculum consciousness, attach importance to the educational research group and grade group, school scale, reasonable planning, pay attention to school culture innovation.
