“Speaking lesson”activity occupy an important position in the school's daily teaching activities. “Speaking lesson” has become an important form of school-based teaching research and training. With the popularity of it,”Speaking lesson”become an important skills of teachers. For normal school students, improving the ability of Speaking lesson will conducive the development of teachers' career.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces reasons for choosing this topic and the research significance, research overview and research design.The second chapter overviews speaking lesson, first briefly summarizes the concept of “speaking lesson”, It mainly content five parts; teaching materials, said learning, teaching and learning methods, teaching process, teaching reflection. In the introduction of speaking lesson content, theory combinates with practice by case supplement and analysis.The third chapter is the basic process, combining an example analysis of Neo Confucianism. According to the content of the Speaking lessons, the basic process is as follows: the first interpretation of curriculum standard, understanding the basic concepts of curriculum reform, reading curriculum content standards; The second.analysis teaching content,of Neo Confucianism background, content and the development of a systematic combing; Third, understand the teaching object,understanding students' cognitive starting point, in order to design the reasonable teaching goal; Fourth determined teaching objectives, analysis of classroom teaching of "what to teach"; Fifth, the implementation of the project, implementation of target teaching; Finally, reflective teaching design, the advantages and disadvantages of teaching were summarized in this paper.The fourth chapter discusses the basic strategy of “speaking lesson” content. It mainly includes: first, accurate grasp of the material status; second, determineing the teaching conception; third, statements of teaching objectives with operation; fourth,highlight the lessons of innovation.
