Speaking and broadcasting lesson is a new product in the information age.It is a kind of teaching research activity that organically combines educational practice with classroom theory,and a new way to promote teacher development.Through lecturing,teachers can reproduce the "real learning process" in class to show their teaching ideas,explain their design ideas,explain the learning process with visible student behavior and help teachers reflect on the problems existing in the teaching process,thus promoting professional development and personal growth.At present,teaching and research activities are being promoted in N region,but the evaluation system is still in the exploratory stage,lacking evaluation standards as directional guidance,and most of the videos selected by teachers in teaching and broadcasting activities and competitions cannot echo the teaching and research activities,and cannot reflect the integration of teaching and broadcasting,which affects the realization of the idea of promoting research through evaluation.Therefore,this study aims to construct a lecture and broadcast evaluation system suitable for teachers’ development in N region,so as to guide teachers’ teaching research in a more targeted way,lead teachers’ professional development and improve their education and teaching level.Used in the process of research based on the research of design method,after three rounds of loop iteration,said in a construction of different stages of the course evaluation system interview different disciplines experts,research staff,first-line teachers,said for sowing the course evaluation system index and the problem of weight coefficient for advice and Suggestions and modifications before the next iteration.In the early stage of this study,literature analysis and interviews with relevant experts were used to collect relevant information and put forward the concept of this study--speaking,teaching and teacher development.Under the guidance of teacher reflection theory,situational cognition learning theory,humanistic learning theory and system science theory,it adheres to the five principles of scientificity,feasibility and comparability,practicability,goal-oriented and rationalization.According to the existing and influential structural elements such as lecture evaluation system,micro-lecture evaluation system,teacher information literacy evaluation system and classroom observation paradigm,a lecture evaluation system is pre-constructed.In the first iteration,through expert interviews,the following suggestions were made: 1.7 first-level indicators were integrated into 5 first-level indicators;2.23 second-level indicators are integrated into16 second-level indicators,which are detailed in 3.3.2.Part.In the second iteration,according to the advice given by the experts in the first iteration,it is modified and supplemented to determine the first-level and secondlevel indicators of the lecture broadcast evaluation system.Next,the evaluation criteria for each index are given,and the experts also give supplementary and modification suggestions.In the third iteration,it was supplemented and improved according to the suggestions given by relevant experts in the second iteration.On the basis of the evaluation system of lecture broadcasting,questionnaires were prepared according to the established evaluation indicators of lecture broadcasting,and distributed to experts and front-line teachers.38 valid questionnaires were recovered and the data collected were analyzed by YAAHP software.After data consistency is passed,the weight coefficient of each index is calculated to construct the final lecture and broadcast evaluation system.It is a great pity that I cannot try out the evaluation system of lectureteaching before submitting my graduation thesis.However,the research will not stop.The team will test,adjust and improve the evaluation system of lecture-teaching in the follow-up research and teaching and research activities,so as to promote the professional development and personal growth of teachers in N area.
