With the development of speaking lesson and expansion of the scope of application,speaking lesson becoming an extremely important stage of research activities. However, in order to facilitate the operation or to pursue a complete form for related speaking lesson activities,many participants tend to use a so-called template, it made the process of speaking lesson modular, and it is not only greatly stop the communication about the speaking lesson what the teachers expected about teaching philosophy, but also raises the question of the role and the value of the speaking lesson activities.This article opposes the approach of speaking lesson modeling, and think that speaking lesson is the explanation of a lesson firstly, for one task of teaching or teaching objectives,design, implementation, or experienced a kind of teaching process, how he designed and why this design, Thus, the listener will be benefit from the speaking lesson, and it will enhance the quality of education or has a positive role in promoting one subject. In a word, speaking lesson is the interpretation of "how" and "why" for the design and implementation of a lesson. The "how" and "why" questions are precisely the case study method need to solve. Teacher should explain the design reasons and theoretical behind themselves, so the contents of speaking lesson must be the result of the case studies to lesson cases text. This article from the perspective of creative to research the speaking lesson draft, and the lesson cases text is the description about teaching events and situations in actual classroom, But it is not a simply repeat about teaching event, but a elaborated teaching indicates the significance of the event, that is including text, tables to present the form of teaching memoir, recorded live video and audio, etc.In this paper, we make lesson cases text for the study, and use the case study method to study it, in order to form a valuable speaking lesson draft. Chapter 1, mainly analysis the status of speaking lesson draft and case study, and introduce the idea of writing. Chapter 2 is the description about the growth and the nature of speaking lesson draft, as well as the case study methods. Chapter 3 analysis the relationship between case study and speaking lesson draft, andwe think the draft is the result of case studies.Chapter 4 is the theoretical explanations about the strategic which the generation of speaking lesson draft by the case study method: it have three links, the first link is the process of case study to lesson case text, It includes five steps: firstly, show the positioning themes of the lesson case text that is determining the research questions,But this step can also be determined before collecting the lesson case text; secondly, understand the research question deeply, that is making theoretical assumption; thirdly, defined the lesson case text analysis unit by case study method : teaching event, the teaching event is a stage that in order to complete the task of teaching, and we make teaching activities divide into several stages, and each stage has its beginning and end, and it will up to the expected teaching effect by some teaching methods;fourthly, analysis the unit(teaching event), explore the relationship between teaching events, and connect the logical between materials and data; fifthly, write case studies report by the interpretation of teaching events. These five steps are not sequential, there are cross links, for example we can first determine the research questions and then collect lesson text, and when we connect the logic between the data and assumptions, we must analysis repeatedly; when we write the case study report, we also need to be repeatedly modified, these steps are gradually clear, not completely in accordance with the order, we should use it flexible. The second link is according to their need to select material data of case study and generate speaking lessons draft. The third link, evaluate the speaking lessons draft. Chapter 5, select specific lesson case text of high school physics lesson as an example, presents the steps of the case study method generate speaking lessons draft on practice, and evaluate this speaking lessons draft. Chapter 6 is results and outlook.Therefore, the use of case study method to generate speaking lessons draft is the innovation of this study, We hope that our work not only can make people understand speaking lesson correctly, position the speaking lesson properly, and generate valuable speaking lesson draft, but also promote the speaking lesson activities canonical.
