The production, distribution, structure, density of talents directly affects the nation's socio-economic development process. Jiangxi province is full of nature's treasures, and outstanding people, emerged out a great number of outstanding political, economic, military, and culture talents, three people of Eight Prose Masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties was in Jiangxi. As a result, it's necessary to deeply research on the spatial-temporal distribution of talents, to explore the interactive rules between talent and geography, to develop talents under more scientific theory, Provide some reference for the reform of personnel training and educationThis paper through to the literature, using GIS technology to incorporate the print data of discrete standard and unified management, established talents database, and under ArcGIS software platform support combining with talent center model, and density analysis, and trend surface analysis, and spatial analysis methods explore the time and space distribution characteristics and the factors of influence talent analysis, the following main conclusions:(1) On the number of talents, Jiangxi province talents quantity has lower percentage within the whole country, and imbalanced on time distribution. Talent is unevenly distributed in time, has experienced three peak periods. Most of counties in Jiangxi province are basically talent distribution center. Based on gender, there were more male talents in Jiangxi province, fewer women talents.;From the perspective of talent distribution trends in the County, From West to East, from North to South first increasing and then decreasing, trend of changes in North-South is bigger than East-West trend; On the last name concentration and complexity, Jiangxi province talents surname concentration is on the decline as a whole, complexity is on the rise, this suggests that the source of the talent is more and more widely in Jiangxi province.(2) Jiangxi province talent center is deviating from the geometric center, overall showed talent in existence on the basis of which is moving towards the south space range increasing trend. The distribution status of each period has a great change. Since the song dynasty as the talent distribution center in Jiangxi area in Jiangxi province in the period of the republic of China center position has been shaken, and banned by northwest Jiangxi area. Geographical distribution is coarctation on central, sparse on North and South, concentration distributed in the Taihe county, Wuyuan, Poyang, Jishui, Linchuan region; Nanchang is the most densely populated talent distribution area in Jiangxi province.(4) Distribution of talents in Jiangxi province was affected by geographic location, topography, rivers, regional economic, political and cultural traditions and family environment, transport, education levels and the impact of a series of factors such as population migration, making talent imbalance in the geographical distribution of regional differences, characteristics.
