On the physiological level,the minors, with an incomplete mature mental development which make them can not control their behavior, the harmfulness degree to society can not be compared with adults. At the same time, they do not form a mature outlook on life and values. It is sensitivity to the changes of the external environment. Thus, Juvenile correctional facility shall be executed the education and redeem policy for juvenile offenders. Only in this way can achieve the the dual purpose of protecting the society and protecting the minor. As the application of social work in judicial practice, the judicial social work is an extension of the field of social work and the rise of the judicial social work. Firstly, this provides a new method for the prevention and control of crimes, and then expands the social function of the criminal justice system. Secondly, the power of social work and social justice bring into the judicial practice, and this can also embody the humanism spirit of the people. At present, it is mainly to provide judicial protection to minors in the judicial practice. This paper mainly states the application of the judicial social work in the discipline of juvenile offenders. The main targets is the juvenile offenders in prison. Social workers find and arouse the their own potential energy. They take advantage of social resources to actively guide the juvenile offenders to positive energy transformation, and then make them turn over a new page to return to society. Inner Mongolia Youth Social Work Service Center Chenxi station(Chenxi station) is the first purchase of social workservices in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The station main services is the judicial social work in the Hohhot area of Inner Mongolia.This thesis takes the correction education of Judicial social work in Juvenile offenders in Hohhot as an example, using questionnaires and interviews and other forms to know the situation of Hohhot juvenile offender. The whole thesis aims at finding the their needs. After analyzing the questionnaire, this thesis finds that there are some problems in interpersonal communication. This thesis uses case work and group work combination to conduct the correction education for juvenile offender due to the particularity of juvenile offenders. This thesis also analyzes the positive effects of the judicial social work on the correction education of juvenile offenders.
