With the development of economic society and violent changes of social structures, various social problems increasing that cause the social contradictions increasing and juvenile delinquency increasing which assumes new features and trends that is exactly which should judicial correction social work intervence. This article mainly discusses social ecosystem theory and methods used in the education of juvenile delinquents in social work field. As the foundation of social work, social ecosystem theory is the basic of social workers understand and reconcile social environment between human behaviour. The Generalist Practice which under the ecosystem theory gives a pattern of judicial correction works integration various method of work, promotes and positive changes, provides available resources and powers.The study in perspective of social ecosystem theory analyses on the main causes of juvenile crime which found many inducing factors such as the problem of self-system and family system, the bad influence of peer counseling, the maladjustment of school system, the influence of social macro-system and etcetera. Most essential is the interaction between different system including the conflict between self-system and family system, the "push-pull" between family system and peer counseling system, the mixture influence of social macro-system and etcetera that unbalance and conflicts the whole system that is the main causes of juvenile crime.Generalist Practice of social work which under the guide of social ecosystem theory is the main methods of correction educates the juvenile. This working mode is the integration of various methods, is under the personal and environmental background, is a intervention work used in extensive systems. The correction education under Generalist Practice including comprehensive assessment, personal counseling, family support system, school-peer support system, communities and society supporting and etcetera that in order to educate juvenile from many levels and promote development.The study finally summaries the features and advantages in social ecosystem theory applied to the correction education and consider that this theory have a comprehensive system to understand juvenile delinquents, have a universal and comprehensive approach to integration of the working methods, to promote the crime of positive change in multiple levels, to mobilize resources in multiple levels and to facilitate the whole system of harmony and balance.
