Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of College Social Sports Instructor Training

In the national fitness development like a raging fire under the background of the times, and more demand of social sports instructors. With the rapid economic develo pment, people in the pursuit of material enjoyment at the same time, in the spiritual en joyment of the requirements of the level is also getting higher and higher. So to impro ve the quality of life, the pursuit of health is also an important part of people's lives, it is imperative that people's pursuit of health is the most important way of sports.Social needs a large number of social sports instructors, colleges and universities to cultivate high quality, professional social sports instructors, there is a great advanta ge. Using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method of c ollege social sports instructors training conducted a survey of the status quo, to the so cial sports instructors training situation and countermeasures as the research object, to Guangzhou University Social Sports Guidance and management professional student and teacher as the object of investigation.The results show that: the implementation of social sports instructors in Colleges and universities is mainly relying on the social sports guidance and management profe ssional, is conducive to improve the quantity and quality of social sports instructors; c lass of organic integration of the "dual parallel" training mode for university social sp orts instructor quantity and quality effectively, but the class teaching courses at the nu mber is small, the development of social sports instructors lack pertinence; extracurric ular training on sports industry occupation training base, provide a good platform for t he cultivation of social sports instructors, but the training period was too short, not pro paganda, set up training for female students to participate in a single project, the proje ct shortage restricts benefit and scale of training; training of college social sports instr uctors, "Double Teachers" quality and quantity not Foot, teacher education and self i mprovement is not enough, the venues and equipment utilization is not high, the lack of improvement of students practice practice mechanism, is an urgent need to solve th e problem. At present, the impact of college students to participate in training other factors is that the lack of cooperation between universities and the government, the scho ol management and other factors.According to the training problems existing in the current situation of the develo pment of social sports instructors, through system analysis and put forward the corres ponding countermeasures: adjusting the structure of curriculum, and enrich the course content; optimization with teachers, "double teacher type" teachers team construction;increase the investment, improve facilities; strengthen the construction of base, streng then practice ability; increase the publicity and guidance, to create a culture atmosphe re.The research work for "University of social sports instructors training" to provid e scientific theoretical basis, through the cultivation of social sports instructors should have professional quality and professional ability, training a large number of high qua lity, the social sports instructor advice for the society.
