The main results show:(1)The salient features that social sports professional differs from other professionalsports, which highlighted the "social" and"management", the start, guide, organization andmanagement of popular fitness activities and health are the main content.(2) The establishment of cultivation target of social sports specialty in China comformto the Ministry of education "in Colleges and universities undergraduate professionaldirectory and professional presentation" of social sports specialty training objective rules,it can increase the students’ occupation moral accomplishment and practice the spirit ofinnovation culture, pay attention to all-round development of students’ comprehensivequality and ability.(3) The training of the talent training for Social Sports Specialty can be divided intofive categories: the basic quality and ability,professional quality and ability, dynamicoccupation quality and ability, occupation related qualification, etc. In all the trainingspecifications,"exchange and ditch good communication skills" and "lifelong learningability"are minimum required.(4)As for the requirements for the three university in social sports majors’ basic abilityand quality, Normal University requests the most; in the professional ability and qualityrequirements, more balanced, less different; in the dynamic occupation quality and abilityrequirements, there was no significant difference between the normal colleges anduniversities professional sports colleges ", while" the attention and understanding ofdomestic and foreign social sports academic developments and trends" and"life-longlearning ability, improve their professional quality and ability"lacking of attention; in therequirements for occupation related qualification, the normal physical educationdepartment does not require much; not enough attention to the requirements of physicaland mental health of students, the importance should should be strengthen. (5) In the training schemes of specialized subject of Social Sports, more and halfadoptes the flexible credit system. The flexible credit system is more reasonable, embodiesmore human to ensure the completion of students. At present, very few students cangraduate in advance through the experts visited.(6) The curriculum setting is confusion, some conceptual confusion, some collegecourses vary greatly, teaching hours are not even clearly defined in some universities,specifically manifested in: the compulsory course and elective course setting is notreasonable in proportion.the proportion of restricted elective courses and optional coursesarrangement structure is confusion,some colleges’ elective course selection scope is narrow,class hours/credits disproportion,distinguish degree in physical education curriculum isnot obvious distinction.(7) In this article, the training specification basically meets the needs of socialdevelopment, teachers basically meets the requirements of the training of the students.Thenumber and type of the practice base outside school is less and can not meet the demandsof graduate education practice.
