Liaoning charitable social PE instructors have levels with no different grades in the training process, the training effeciency is low, the training time period is short and there is single training method only.4.There is no specialised manegement agency in Liaoning charitable social PE instructors, there is a lack of surpervision institution and legal system etc.Suggestions:1.The government should pay more attention to the instructor team, enhance propaganda and encourage more qualified people to participate in the team to improve the team structure.2.To make the training system better, the government establish an effecient training system and set a reasonable trainig content and timetable to make a higher effeciency.3.To beautify the management of social PE instructors, set specialised management system, enhance the supervision and management.
