Since the 1990 s, the western development, China's central and western regions to basic education more and more attention in terms of manpower, material and financial resources into growing Midwest basic education have made great progress, and gradually get rid of the Education Resources lack of education level backwardness, and gradually formed a relatively complete modern education system.Graduate teaching groups in the situation, China support to promote the development of basic education in the Midwest, jointly organized and implemented by the Central Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education, each year from some key colleges and universities for talented graduates to the central and western backwoods for one year teaching activities. This is a country full support of the central and western development of basic education is another important step in talent. This will improve the level of basic education in central and western regions have a great role in promoting. Graduate teaching task group is mainly in the Midwest towns or remote backward areas of rural primary and secondary teaching tasks and participate in local league organizations, voluntary social service work.Coincidentally, I had the honor again in 2013 as a member of the Henan University graduate teaching eighth group, to Dunhuang City of Gansu Province Sanweishan middle school teaching. In this project, I went through a year-long, graduate student support for the implementation of the Mission projects have more in-depth understanding and experience. As a government-led project, "graduate student support Mission" is the country's central and western basic education building initiatives undertaken in the implementation of the earliest and most successful, the effectiveness of one of the largest projects. Since1999, the State established the first support group to teach graduate students, in the course of the last two decades, this number of key universities by the National team of volunteers consisting of students has become an important force in China's central and western regions to promote the development of basic education. After gone through this project, I have a lot of memorable experiences in teaching process I need a lot of sentiment analysis and reflection from an academic perspective. This is my thesis as an important reason for selecting the item object of study.As the author of the study group members to support education in Dunhuang City of GansuProvince Sanweishan year high school teaching personal experience and feelings as a starting point,through the Henan University in Recent in-depth investigation in the case and other local support education,research and analysis, in draw on both previous relevant action to support education research, combining theoretical research methods of sociology, social pedagogy and other related disciplines, the project in-depth investigation, found that the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation process. Through this project in policy design, project implementation, comprehensive analysis and research related to the participants, the project to fruition and so on, and then the operation of the project and the basic education of the effectiveness of the Midwest-depth summary and Thinking.In this study, both by teaching students the relevance of teaching and the Midwest group stage of basic education to conduct a comprehensive in-depth study. Research conducted by the following aspects:First, the background of the implementation of graduate teaching groups, selection criteria, implementation methods, project purpose elaborate combination of Henan University teaching knowledge and understanding of their own team, the project has a comprehensive and objective knowledge and understanding; second, Henan University to support education groups in the service to the school teaching situation, living conditions, work with local teachers, parents and students to interact and so to analyze research on teaching teamwork to carry out the role played have a better understanding; third, according to the basic conditions of service to the school, teaching group members analyze their own strengths, what aspects of the local education can play a catalytic role; fourth, to support education of graduate students in the local group to inspect the effectiveness of the implementation, the analysis Central and western China project on the basis of whether the relevance and effectiveness of education; fifth, through the implementation of the results of existing research projects, analysis and research, recommendations for future projects undertaken. Furthermore, this study can provide some reasonable suggestions for Basic Education in Central and Western China Development.
