In 2010,the national Ministry of education,Ministry of Finance formally organized the implementation of the "national training plan",namely the national primary and secondary school teachers' training plan,to further strengthen the training of teachers,improve the teachers especially the overall quality of rural teachers.In 2013,the two administrative departments made it possible to increase the training of rural primary and secondary school principals and kindergarten principals in “the Notice on Carrying out the Implementation of the National Training Program in 2013”.In 2014,The Ministry of Education began to officially start the implementation of primary and secondary school principals' national training program,the national training plan to central and western rural headmasters began to go on track.After several years of practice and development,this training program has played a huge role in improving their professional quality and professional ability,leading the development of rural teachers,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education,But if we want to get the maximum effect of training,training needs transformation and migration results in students consciously after returning to school,in this process it will inevitably encounter some obstacles and difficulties,at this time,the training instructors should be carried out after training the principals,in order to collect the learning situation of the trainees in time to effectively solve their doubts and problems,and to improve the training of the followers more in line with their actual needs.This paper is based on the "national training project" of rural Midwest principal training after training guidance effectiveness research,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis to some headmasters and teachers who have been involved in the "national training" of the rural Midwest principal training program,in order to understand the current training guidance the development of the status quo,achievements and needs of students.This paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors that hinder the effectiveness of the training courses in the training courses of the central and western principals in the country,from the aspects of the educational administrative departments,the training organizations,the schools and the trainees themselves,and finally put forward the suggestions to enhance the training Practical recommendations.The full text is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background,the research purpose and significance,defines the relevant concepts involved in the "national training","national training rural Midwest principal training project" and "training guide" and "effectiveness and training guidance effectiveness",both at home and abroad the training of principals,the national training plan,training guidance of literature review,the theoretical basis and related research are briefly introduced.The second part discusses the necessity of improving the effectiveness of the post training guidance.First of all,it is beneficial to feedback the training effect,further tracing efficiency of training;the second is conducive to urge trainees to do research after training and realize the combination of learning and practicing;finally,it will help improve the quality of principals in rural schools in central and western regions,and promote balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.The third part mainly elaborates the evaluation system of the training course of the rural primary school principals in the country,and gives a brief introduction to the most widely used evaluation models in the current training.In the light of the actual needs of this study,the Kirkpatrick,s Four-Level Model is used as the basis for the assessment model of this survey and the dimensions of the assessment are refined.The fourth part is the results and analysis of this survey,including a questionnaire survey to part of trainees and an interview with the head of the training program and the head teacher.The purpose is to find out the current situation,achievements and practical needs of trainees to the post training guidance.In the fifrth part,according to the results of the survey,from the educational administrative departments,the training organizations,the schools and the trainees themselves to analysis the main problems in the implementation process of post training guidance.The sixth part is based on the previous survey and analysis results,for the education administrative departments,training organizations,students belonging to the school and the students themselves to put forward suggestions to enhance the "national training project" of rural Midwest principal training-after guidance effectiveness.
