| Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of Chinese social and economic development,the living standards of the people are constantly improving,people’s demand for health is increasing.This year,with the development of the internet and the rise of new media communication,company A’s performance is impacted by the internet,and the staff stress is increasing,so the health problem is also highlighted.With the development of the concept of health and the rise and development of the concept of "holistic health",the concept of health is also expanding.From the initial physical health to the body,mind,and spirit of the holistic health level,which inspires us to think from different dimensions of staff health management.Rethink the health management of enterprise staff from the holistic health perspective,meet the staff’s multiple demands for health,and explore that social work intervention and strategy management of enterprise strategy play an important role in the development of social work in enterprise staff health maintenance.On the basis of staff health management and health related literature analysis,investigate 135 staff in Company A,Guangzhou City by the method of questionnaire investigation.The result shows that the holistic health status is common.Nearly 60% staff is not satisfied with health current support measures given by enterprises.The investigated staff’s role-physical、bodily pain、general health、role-emotional、reported health transition are poor,and vitality、mental health level are general.To improve the health status of staff,increase psychological support,spiritual support measures can significantly enhance the health level of staff.This paper argues that to enhance the holistic health level of staff,we can revolve around the "extended clinical perspective".To build a system of employee health support system from the perspective of staff and their work environment,it should be divided into two aspects,micro and macro level. |
