With the improvement of people's living standards,the incidence of cancer is rising.The last stage of cancer not only has a negative impact on hospice patients,but also makes the caregivers physically and mentally exhausted.Hospice care is needed in the social background of aging and high cancer prevalence,and is committed to improving the quality of life about hospice patients and their families.However,the needs of family members are easily overlooked.As far as the hospital system is concerned,the main task is to relieve pain for hospice patients.The caregiver's intervention is simply through simple chat,patient notification,etc..Social work coincides with its conception and hospice care,and it has increasingly become an important force in the hospice care team,but there is also a lack of intervention research on hospice patient caregivers.In practice,the author found that the intervention of the group work involved in the hospice patient caregivers were quite effective,and the performance of the caregivers in the ward and the group were quite different.Therefore,the author began to analyze the specific strategies and achievements of group work interventions.The reflection group interventions are expected to provide reference for group interventions similar groups,and explore the effective services that hospice care hospitals can provide for hospice patient caregivers.According to the demand survey,the author found that the hospice patient caregivers are generally in a state of "self-ignorance",and there is a need to pay attention to self-physical health,emotional counseling,physical and mental relaxation,and external support.Based on this,this article is guided by the whole body health model of the body and mind,and carries out the group work intervention of the hospice patient caregiver,which involves the body,mind,spirituality and environment of the caregiver.In the first stage,the caregivers realized that caused neglecting the self because of the care of the hospice,and gradually realized the importance of paying attention to the body,mind and spirit.That is to realize the"self-ignorance" and the transformation from "self-ignorance" to "awakening of the whole person".In the second stage,The caregiver's concerning for self,body,and spirit is gradually forming,and interventions are made from the aspects of body,mind,spirit,and environment,which is in the "all-awakened" and gradually turn to "holistic health".In the third stage,caregivers have realized the importance of paying attention to themselves,their hearts and their spirits,and they are turning to the direction of "holistic health".Through the effectiveness evaluation of the hospice patients care group,it proved that the group has achieved great results in helping caregivers to pay attention to self-health,alleviate the pressure of grief and care,affirm self-existence value,and gain support from each other.Finally,the author deeply analyze the changes brought by the new field of the group to the caregivers and its reasons and finally concludes that the caregiver needs a long-term "relaxing corner".Through the reflection of the group,it is concluded that the recommendations of such group interventions include:shortening the group cycle to reduce the loss of team members,the service model that combines the group work with the case work,the agility of the team workers,and the service recommendations of the open team.
