Research On The Participation Of Social Work In The Health Management Of Community Residents

With the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to their health level.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the discussion on health issues continues to rise,and how to ensure and improve the health of residents has become the focus of social attention.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out practical research on health management.This study on the social support theory and cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical basis,to social workers in the M community residents of health management project,that is "home,medical,social hand in hand,build healthy community" as an example,the integrated use of literature method,interview method,observation method of social work in community health management strategy and method,character and achievements,as well as the existing problems are discussed in this paper,Some suggestions are put forward to improve the practice of social workers’ participation in health management of community residents.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,social work participates in the health management of community residents through the intervention of health promotion,health education and healthy atmosphere.In this process,social workers mainly use methods and strategies to establish professional relations,recruit service objects,link resources,cultivate community voluntary organizations,organize community activities,and play the roles of resource link,organization coordinator,service provider,propagandist,supporter and so on.From the perspective of individual and community level,the project of "Family,doctor and community join hands to build a healthy Community" plays a certain role in improving the health management of community residents.Secondly,there are some problems in the process of social workers’ participation in community health management,such as the limited rights of social workers,the limited available resources,and their own capacity.Low community recognition and initiative;Lack of policy support and COVID-19 challenges have affected the progress and effectiveness of social work programs to varying degrees.Finally,to improve the practice of social work in community health management,social workers should strengthen professional publicity and their own capacity construction;Community should strengthen multi-party cooperation,establish community health management system and rules and regulations;Society should strengthen the development of health management guidance and planning,strengthen system construction and professional personnel construction.
