With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, Bank employee’s average daily working hours up to10hours or more, and a long time in a highly nervous state, bear the risk of a big pressure. Especially, the bank tellers, they not only suffer from the pressure of work indicators, tasks, but also have good communication skills to make contact with a variety of clients, and dealing with the pressure of communication process with clients. In addition, the bank tellers due to a long time continuous repetition of emotional labor, they are easily lead to the problem of excessive pressure, occupation burnout, mental energy exhaustion, this long-term psychological pressure is not released, resulting in a serious imbalance in the mentality of the people in the workplace, more gave birth to the emergence of mental health problems. If not promptly with the professional approach to effectively alleviate the problem, the bank teller will often apper fatigue, headache, chest tightness, tension, anxiety, depression, decreased attention, memory decline, love temper, force and psychological don’t adapt to, these problems will directly affect the teller’s work and life.This study by using the method of questionnaire and case interview to collect related information about mental health status of the new recruits bank tellers, discusses that enterprise social work how to intervent the new recruits bank tellers’s mental health problems. And by using the method of group social work to further prove that the intervention of enterprise social work on the mental health problems of the new recruits tellers is effective and operable, for the enterprise focus on the new recruits mental healthe effectively provides referential experience.This study based on the group social work to focusing on new recruits bank teller emotional stability aspects of mental health. The whole group activities supported by the theory of rational emotion ABC, trying to improve team members understanding of mental health and emotional, and guide them to learn self emotion management methods, in order to promote the mental health level of new recruits bank tellers. The group work practice carried out by the authors proved that enterprise social work methods and theory for new bank tellers of mental health has a significant role in promoting.
