Influencing the growth and development of the next generation, the internet and the information technology have integrated with people's daily life. Urged by the tendency of the educational informationization development, exploring the new teaching methods based on the educational informationization has become the key to motivate the sustainable development of the secondary education. Flipped classroom is a new teaching method generates from this special background, which will not only increase the students' learning ability, but also play an important role for their emotional attitude's cultivation. Therefore, this paper will try to apply the new teaching method of flipped classroom into high school chemistry class and study the detailed teaching efficiency on students' learning ability and emotional attitude.This paper mainly adopts document analysis method, questionnaire method and pedagogical experiment to research the application of flipped classroom in high school chemistry classes. First of all, extensively read document literature; consult pertinent literature to collect the domestic and overseas researches on flipped classroom and its teaching model, teaching experiment and teaching evaluation as reference and guidance for this research. Second, on the basis of document research, combine with high school teaching features and design appropriate flipped classroom teaching plan. Next, apply the flipped classroom teaching plan into teaching practice, evaluate and measure the teaching efficiency. Then, collect and deeply analyze experimental data. Last draw a conclusion to the teaching experiment through the data analysis, put forward improvement measures and look forward to better performance in future research.The flipped classroom experimental plan of the paper mainly include six stages – pre-phase analysis, teaching design, teaching experiment, experimental measurement, data statistics and analysis. Pre-phase analysis contains analytical plan design, chemistry course analysis and learner analysis. Teaching design consists of teaching model design and teaching activities design. Teaching experiment adopts experimentation and action research method, and compares the comparative class with experimental class. Experimental measurement includes chemistry information quality, self-efficacy of chemistry learning, satisfaction of teaching and students' marks. Data statistics and analysis tackles the crosswise and lengthways analysis on the timer shaft of the experimental data for the comparative class and the experimental class through EXCEL and SPSS, and carry out the test of significance of difference. The results of the analysis of the experimental data show that the flipped classroom can not only improve the students' scores, but also have a good effect on the cultivation of students' learning ability and learning attitude.
