Triathlon Athletes Procedural Entry Scheme And Empirical Study

Triathlon in our country's development time is shorter, the characteristics of different genus of multi project, making it is affected by many factors in the competitive entry process. With the accelerated process of scientific sports, people of training athletes cognitive degree of deepening in gradually narrow, sports competition science increasingly high demand, the competitive level of the excellent athletes in the world.Although the athletic competition system is gradually improving, but many problems appear prompted China's first training participants proposed and applied program entry mode and program entry mode in China's advantage sports shows good practicability, to China's potential advantage and disadvantage items provides the most effective reference.This study to triathlon athletes program of participating scheme, the main object of study. Through the research literature on the basis of and visited to Triathlon Sports Management Center managers, active preparation for the 2016 Brazil Olympic National Team Coaches(national level), athletes(athlete above),engaged in triathlon studies experts(Professor, research fellow, referees(International) as the research object, a total of 55 people, get first-hand data, statistical analysis and logical reasoning, draw the following conclusions:4.1 program competition ", is refers to: through the management of athletes in the competition process,related factors, the participating security coordination team cooperation and identification of the risk of unexpected events and effective treatment and, to achieve athletes smooth entry, play the athletes themselves should have a competition process.4.2 this study according to the system theory, management, coordination theory and catastrophe theory to construct the process of participating in the basic theory; according to the scientific, operation,democracy, stability, diversity, collaborative principle; constructs the process of participating theory system;establish the competition background, guiding ideology, participating target and task, program execution,whole and individual participating steps, risk identification and response competition, competition evaluation and feedback, seven content module.4.3 according to the construction process of participating theory system, combined with characteristics of triathlon, formulated the triathlon athletes participating scheme.4.4 according to the program of the program, according to our country outstanding athletes to confirm the effectiveness of the program.4.5 for triathletes program of the entry process of risk, the link of risk identification, assessment of the probability of risk occurrence, serious and controllable of; made the risk coping strategies.
