With the advancement of science and technology in the times and the rapid development of mass sports,mass martial arts events are increasing day by day.The system for hosting mass martial arts events in Fujian is relatively fixed and unchangeable.Some organization managers are unprofessional and irregular.The research on the satisfaction of participating athletes can obtain the feedback information of the participating groups on the event services in the most direct,effective and timely manner,provide the participating groups with more and more high-quality event experience,and promote the sustainable development of mass martial arts events.The research will start from the perspective of the needs and expectations of the service targets,collect and analyze the data of the athletes ’objective assessment of the service satisfaction of the mass martial arts events in Fujian Province,and formulate scientific and reasonable countermeasures and recommendations for the regulation,safety,Successfully carry out mass martial arts events to provide valuable reference basis.This article takes the satisfaction of Fujian martial arts competition athletes as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to discuss the current situation of the development of Fujian martial arts events,and Using self-made scales to conduct in-depth research and detailed analysis of the satisfaction of mass martial arts events in Fujian Province,the main conclusions are drawn:1.In the single-factor analysis of variance for the overall satisfaction of the valid data recovered from the questionnaire,there are differences in the overall satisfaction among the groups of different ages,and the young athletes are more satisfied with the overall service experience of the competition;The average value of satisfaction is higher than the average value of the overall satisfaction of athletes in the field.2.In the single-factor analysis of variance for other factors,there is a significant difference in the overall satisfaction of the athletes who have not won the award and the athletes who have won the award.The level of the highest award is different,and the overall satisfaction is also slightly different.The difference is not significant.The higher the award level,the higher the overall satisfaction with the event,and the lower the converse.Although the higher the proportion of gold awards,the higher the satisfaction level of the award setting,but there is not much difference in the satisfaction level of the award setting between 25%,30%,and 40% of the gold awards.3.Perform a modified IPA analysis on the collected valid data,construct a modified IPA model,and divide the indicators into four categories: "maintenance advantage","additional resources","slow improvement",and "focused improvement",inspection time,security 9 indicators,such as the situation,rest area,award ratio,exercise space,and speed of awards,are items that should be focused on improvement.4.In turn,put forward specific countermeasures for improving the service quality of mass martial arts events in Fujian Province for the key improvement area,slow improvement area,additional resource area and advantage maintaining area in the revised IPA positioning model.
