Research On The Cultivation Of Social Sports Instructors In Kaifeng Urban District

In recent years, the development of the sports cause of China has obtain extraordinary achievements.However, in today's society of highly developed material civilization and spiritual civilization, the improvement of people's physical and health status is a significant symbol of national sports strength in the context of globalization. Therefore, the State Council promulgated the "National Fitness Program", which attached great importance to the national fitness and greatly improved the health of Chinese people. However, with the economic and social development, society put forward higher requirements for people's overall quality. Given a series of problems about people's fitness including the lack of scientific methods and so on, the spontaneous mass sports have been unable to meet the goal of improving people's physical status through fitness. Therefore, storage of professional personnel for scientific guidance of fitness is in urgent needs. With the increase of social demand for professional guidance, its influence continues to increase. As a result, a group of social sports instructors is gradually formed.But the current situation of the development of social sports instructors reflects many problems in staff structure, training and management. As a result, how to cultivate social sports instructors of high quality is particularly important.Taking social sports instructors in the urban area of Kaifeng as the research object, the author investigates their actual development status and analyzes the overall aspects of their training course after the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan". The author realisation also tries to summarize the experience and deficiency, and in accordance with the research routine of "discovering problem-empirical analyzing-countermeasures and suggestions" puts forward corresponding ideas and countermeasures to the social sports instructors so that they can better adapt to the new stage from 2016 to 2020 during which fitness plan policy is changed. These countermeasures and suggestions are practical in promoting the mass fitness movement in Kaifeng.Using literature method, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods taking social sports instructor team's development status of Kaifeng as research object, the author interviews part of the leaders of Mass Branch and relevant experts and scholars, and launches an investigation on social sports instructors of Kaifeng. Then the author collects and analyses those results.The research results are as following:1. The problem existing in social sports instructors in Kaifeng urban area is the large-scale number but low overall quality. There is distinct gap in their guidance ranks and academic background respectively. So the government should attach more importance to the cultivation of social sports instructors mainly through improving their educational level in colleges.2. Social sports instructors in Kaifeng urban area have no systematic and scientific curriculum, so colleges should establish a database of theoretical knowledge and increase their practice courses.3. The cultivation of social sports instructors in Kaifeng doesn't keep up with times, so the government should re-educate them through combining multi parties of society to promote professional development.4. Lacking practical experience, most social sports instructors can't expand public influence.5. Those social sports instructors have fewer employment opportunities, which results in a low overall job performance.6. Relying on the mass organizations and associations of the instructors, the cultivation of social sports instructors is inadequate in its management. The government should set up a specialized supervisory body to regulate the management and thus to strengthen instructors' service performance.
