Research On The Motivation Mechanism Of Sports Activities In Kaifeng

The large class sports activity is a kind of school sports activity organization form,it is developed on the basis of the traditional recess exercise.Different from the traditional extracurricular sports activities,the contents of large class sports activities are more abundant and diverse,the forms of activities are more flexible and changeable,and the exercise intensity is more in line with the physical and mental characteristics of students.It is of great significance to improve studentsundefined physical and mental health and promote the development of school physical education.However,in the process of implementing large class sports activities,problems such as the implementation effect can not be achieved.In this study,literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,case analysis method are used to investigate and study the development of inter-class sports activities in Kaifeng junior high school,and combined with excellent cases and dynamic related theories,the factors restricting the positive development of sports activities in junior middle school in Kaifeng are found and the feasible opinions and suggestions are provided.Combined with excellent cases,this paper analyzes the sports activities between classes in Kaifeng City,and finds out that there are the following problems:(1)the total time of physical activities between classes in Kaifeng City is 30 minutes after the second class in the morning or afternoon;it stops in bad weather;the content form is single,and there is no teacher guidance in the process of activities.(2)the enthusiasm of junior middle school students to participate in large class sports activities in Kaifeng City is not high,with grade differences;the motivation to participate tends to be mandatory;studentsundefined satisfaction with content and form is not high;parentsundefined understanding affects their childrenundefineds enthusiasm to participate to a certain extent.(3)the attitude of some managers of sports activities in Kaifeng City is perfunctory,the division of responsibilities is not clear,the number of physical education teachers is small and the special project of physical education teachers is unbalanced,the age group is concentrated in middle age,and the school lacks the training of relevant managers.(4)the venues and facilities of sports activities in Kaifeng City are not perfect,the damage and loss are serious;the funds for activities are insufficient and the funds for special activities are lack;the lack of security defense measures,the lack of propaganda and the scope of propaganda are not comprehensive,and there is no incentive system and evaluation system.(5)the government has little policy support for large class sports activities,although it has put forward the requirements for the quality and quantity of sports equipment in each school,but it has not checked in place;the government has less frequency of physical education teachersundefined skill competitions;lack of unified training for managers related to large class sports activities and supervision of the development of each school.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)when choosing the content,we should choose the appropriate sports according to the actual situation of the school and the interests of the students;In the process of activities,physical education teachers are arranged to guide and protect,and at the same time to increase the plan of large class sports activities under bad weather.(2)strengthen studentsundefined understanding of large class sports activities,and carry out different diversity of targeted sports according to different physique conditions;Regular competitions for sports chosen by students and rewards for winners.(3)leaders should actively implement various policies and principles and improve the management system;increase the number of physical education teachers and introduce young teachers;conduct regular training for physical education teachers and managers to improve the professional literacy of physical education teachers.(4)make rational use of venues and facilities and increase the investment of special funds;Establish perfect publicity,safety,incentive and other system guarantee,formulate a scientific and reasonable large class sports activities award and evaluation system.(5)the government should issue relevant policies to supervise the current situation of large class sports activities,and set up special support funds.
