The classroom is the main position of teaching, as an organizer of classroom teaching of teachers, the competence of teachers' role in the classroom or not is directly related to the quality of teaching. Teacher roles'is the concept of sociology, the teacher's role is a collection of "multiple roles" that is in the process of teachers' teaching career development change. As a society representatives of teachers, to become a conform to the requirements of the society of qualified teachers that teachers' role is to the social.This article is divided into five parts, the first part includes the origin, research purpose and significance of topic selection, research review, the definition of related concepts and the research methods and ideas of five parts. Mainly elaborated the selected topic background and reason, defines the relevant concepts, illustrates the value of the selected topic and the significance, clear the thinking and for the research of behind the theory foreshadowing.The second part is the development history of G primary school, teachers team construction, construction of the curriculum culture, classroom education field basis and standard of the norm of the sketch. Presents the selection of the research of A and B who are two teachers in the school around the basic situation of the classroom activities relating to the school that students be taught with the skills required to social life and the attitude of the place. It is in this atmosphere of the school to reveal the classroom that the teacher roles'of socialization in the field.The third and fourth part from the expected socialization and socialization continues to two phases. Respectively to A and B two teachers from just hired as confused hesitation adapt to the induction of mature stable after another, and the role of the socialization process is studied based on class. Teachers cultivate students to become a qualified social person will face a lot of different teaching situation in class. Different teaching situations play different roles. In the classroom teaching, the basic classroom order is vindicator, knowledge transfer and the attention of students. So the teacher roles'is not single but has the characteristics of diversity.
