Education consciousness is refers to the teaching practice of education workers to engage in activities in the cognitive and emotional judgment certainly stems from a deep understanding of educational activities and the activities of certain judgment,reflected in the value of teachers' cognitive,subjectivity and cultural inheritance consciously active character and quality of teaching.Education is on a line of primary and secondary schools teachers consciously internal culture and external ability quality at a deeper level of requirements and specifications.In guided by the quality education,actively push forward under the background of new curriculum reform,new generation education workers should not only uphold "attaches great importance to moral education,body,beauty and labor disciplines of the coordinated development,promote the all-round development of students and healthy growth" principle,at the same time without corresponding to curriculum reform education consciousness ability and quality improvement.And according to the survey,intern teachers of middle school ideological and political education consciousness is still in a lower level.At the middle school as the pilot,based on the discovery practice on how to improve the ideological and political education teachers consciously launched action research.From the intern teachers' sense of value cognition,job involvement,the dimension of the cultural inheritance describes the present situation of study,and carry out the purpose of this action research and research methods,and supported by teachers' growing personal effectiveness theory,aiming at the problems to explore the reasons for the,a targeted action.Research mainly from the existing experience classroom,teacher culture construction,the implementation of the teaching practice three aspects action intervention.Finally in view of the action research scheme has been implemented,from the value of the student teacher cognition,job involvement,cultural inheritance in three aspects effect analysis.In this study,the author related theoretical research,investigation and analysis of ideological and political discipline student teacher education status quo,consciously trying to practice to promote education teachers consciously the feasibility of the scheme,so the package can be more widely applied in teaching practice.Through a semester of action research and practice of ideological and political education teachers consciously cognitive value,subjective consciousness,cultural heritage has the varying degree increases.
