| Education should be a career filled with wisdom.If teacher’s educational wisdom can not be developed,the education reform can not really succeed.Any education reform will ultimately need to be implemented in the teacher’s education practice.So,the success or failure of education is very closely related to the quality of teachers.Nowadays,with the development of education reform,people aware that teachers are the key factors of education reform.And the improvement of teachers’ quality is the precondition for improving the quality of education and cultivating high-quality talents.Teachers are the main problem of education.Therefore,only teachers have to learn and improve their professional level,can they practice education effectively,and achieve the cultivation of high-qualified people.In particular,middle-school teachers are facing the challenge of education reform,they need to actively seek professional development.Many research and practice results showed that the education research has become an important way to realize the professional development of teachers.Through the investigation and study in this paper,we found that there are many common problems in the course of middle-school teachers’ action research: first of all,the notion of the middle-school teachers’ action research is insufficient,and their research consciousness is not strong;Second,the research ability of the middle-school teachers’ is very short,and the efficient ways to improve their research capacity is not enough;Third,the method of middle-school teachers’ action research is not scientific with the absence of professional guidance.Fourth,the relevant mechanism of the action research is not perfect,which is bad for teachers’ action research.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions: First of all,to stimulate the motivation and to deepen their understanding of teachers’ action research;Second,to strengthen the educational training for the improvement teachers’ research ability.Third,to establish cooperative and exploring research atmosphere in middle school,and provide support and guarantee for teachers’ action research.Fourth,to strengthen scientific research management and establish evaluation mechanisms for promoting the action research of middle-school teachers. |
