With the advancement of eighth curriculum reform,the development of teacher's specialization becomes a focus,which is valued highly by the society.As the centre of Teachers' specialization,teachers' practical knowledge refers to the guidance knowledge obtained by the way of reflecting,practicing,internalizing theory knowledge,which is used to solve the teaching problems on the base of intrinsic schema.The teachers' practical knowledge,which owned by teachers,is indicated for the teaching behaviors.It is also the key to implementing the concept of the new curriculum into the teaching activities of the teacher.To investigate the form of the teachers' practical knowledge under the new course reform requires the investigator to be involved in teachers' teaching activities to find out how the concepts of the new course reform affect the TPK.By adopting the qualitative methods such as document analysis,case study and observation,this paper focus on the connotation,main features,values of the teachers' practical knowledge.Based on the background of the new course reform,the paper examines the existing problems of the TPK and analyzes its deficiencies reasons and countermeasures from the internal and external factors.This study aims at inspiring practical teachers to realize the urgency and importance of reconstruction the form of TPK under the background of new course reform so as to provide some references for reconstructing the system of TPK and promoting the teacher's practical competence.This thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses on the reasons for study,research overview an home and abroad,research objectives,research meaning and so on.The second part defines the connotation,main features,values of TPK and theoratical bases of the study.The third part,based on the concepts of the new curriculum reform,discusses the dissimilation of TPK.The forth part explains the reasons from internal and external factors.The fifth part introduces the countermeasures under the new curriculum reform from inner and outer factors.
