Those questions are the start of this article.This text studies with an eye to learn the condition of teachers' comprehension and participation in curriculum reform. Article cent three parts: The first part is an investigation background, Include the trend introduction of domestic and international teacher research. The theories of course reform and experiment had the scale already. Therefore the research aimed at the course reform executants- teachers also have the necessity. The second part makes out the analysis of the actual curriculum reform condition by questionnaire and individual cases investigation. According to the questionnaire inquisition we have learned the current teacher have the positive appearance of the course reformation and their perplexity of actual teaching. Such as lacking of course resources, the classroom teaching lacks the leading, the pressure of examination system is layer after layer.From the following aspect: Teacher's teaching, Examination system, Teachers' education, Teacher's occupation etc, we can analyze the perplexity when teachers facing of the Curriculum Reform. Try to look for the method of exaltation the teacher's character through inquisition teacher's oneself request, individual cases analysis brings up the improvement's viewpoint about teachers' education. The reformation in teachers' education is an important motive to arouse the foundation education course reformation. The third part is an investigative overview of three aspect: the reality of teachers' comprehension and participation in curriculum reform, the analysis of that hesitation reason when teachers participate in curriculum reform, the countermeasure research of teachers participation in curriculum reform.
