On The Inspiration For High School Teachers In The Newly Curriculum Reform

This research using teachers of No.2 senior-middle school in Pei county Jiangsu province as reseach objective, probes into the relationship between inspiration and job satisfaction of senior-middle school teachers. It is used to provide consultation for educational section and senior-middle school. Instructing them based on characteristic and superiority of senior-middle school, it establishes effective inspiration mechanism on teacher and inspires teachers'positivity making use of current school resource.The creative point of this paper is the leader research about the inspiration of the teacher in this school and have specific detailed statistics, analysis and the solution to the problem.This research adopts questionnaire investigation and the questionnaires are edited based on and , which were authorized by Taiwan scholars in China. Using teachers of No.2 senior-middle school Pei County as population, it is used to spot check. Analyzing investigation data, this research gets conclusion as follows: teachers of No.2 senior-middle school praised advancing teaching achievement and enhancing pullulative chance as better inspiration strategy; the satisfaction on'human relationship'and'school setting'got top score; there were no significant difference among gender, age, schole age, in charge of a class or not on inspiration strategy; there were no significant difference among gender, age, school age,in charge of a class or not, the title of a technical post on satisfaction; there were significant difference among the title of a technical post and grade on inspiration strategy; there was significant difference among grade on job satisfaction; there was significant difference on job satisfaction due to discretion score on inspiration strategy; there was significant positive corelation between teachers'inspiration strategy and job satisfaction; the healthiness administrative inspiration strategy had good forcast power on job satisfaction.According to study conclusion, this research brought forward some advice partly aim at teachers of No.2 senior-middle school and educational service sector or school.
