?Basic course of computer science for College Students? is elective course for the non computer major students when they entrance college.This course is on the shoulders of universaling the knowledge of computer and information technology,to promote the important task of computer application.The orientation of the course should be like mathematics,physics,the basic concept of teaching.But at present,The teaching of computer basic course in University have appeared some problems which is the“Narrow tool theory” In that theory,the main task of the course is to teach students how to use the computer as a tool and the classroom content is determined to be the most effective for the use of the latest computer computing.However,the cultivation of students' ability of computing science is ignored.In the aspect of Teachers,the reasons of teaching mode is single,the opportunity of students to operate is less,not unified and effective teaching and learning,teaching methods are not suitable for characteristics of the discipline curriculum,assessment and evaluation unreasonable,teaching and learning can not be unified,the teaching method is not suitable for the characteristics of subject curriculum,assessment method is not reasonable,the teaching content "Make it rigidly uniform" and other issues had lead to not much interest in the first computer course and the rate of skip classes is higher after the students entered the University.The student body in the technical sea but in the face of the problem of lack of Technology.Thus it can be seen that the duty of teaching University Computer Foundation Course is culturing the students to use computer to solve the learning and practical problems in work and life,and improve the students' ability to calculate the technology and computer science.In this paper,through the investigation of the basic ability of college students in computer technology and survey the learning of college students' and the teaching of teachers about ?Basic course of computer science for College Students?and Then found the problem.Using the methods of literature review and experiment aim to put forward the teaching characteristics of micro Curriculum.Research on the status quo and the micro curriculum application methods,Multimedia learning theory,constructivist learning theory instructional system design theory,flipped classroom theory,the principle of diminishing marginal effect of education,etc.as a support,Proposed a method of "university Computer Basis" micro curriculum design.The method includes micro model curriculum design ideas,preliminary analysis of the University Computer Basic Course micro,medium micro preparation courses,post-production micro courses,publishing and micro curriculum content evaluation,And to make use of the Course,micro experiments and comparative analysis of comparative law,Finally,to improve and perfect the design method of micro curriculum resources,Form a complete "University Computer Foundation" micro curriculum design.To improve the teaching problems of the course.Experimental results shows that using the Micro Curriculum design methods to guide us,which can solve a lot of problems of teaching,And effectively improve the ability of computing and computer science students.This study for improving "University Computer Foundation" teaching have effectiveness issues important value.
