In the research of social development of children,it was emphasized that the behaviors of children were restricted by the requirements and rules.In this study,it was emphasized that pupils had effect on self-control by themselves factors,as well as education,guidance and example model of external environmental factors.During primary school,pupils could timely control their own cognition,emotion and behavior according to the environment and their own needs.They would adapt to study and life better,also lay a solid foundation for future development.The study tested 329 students from 1-6 grades.Through questionnaires and interviews can we understand the status of pupils' self-control,and explore the relationship of self-control,pupils' perceptions of teacher support behavior,and parenting styles,to provide appropriate education countermeasure and suggestion in training and developing pupils' self-control for parents and teachers.By statistical analyzing and interviewing the questionnaire data,the results were as follows:(1)At present,overall situation of pupil' self-control was good,but there was a wide gap during individuals.Pupils had certain self cognitive ability about their self-control,whereas adults did not give fully recognition of them.(2)In the overall level of self-control and the various dimensions,it showed that the existing level of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.(3)The level of self-control also showed grade significant differences,and a trend of continuous improvement from the starting of the third grade.(4)Through correlation analysis of pupils' self-control,perceptions of teacher support and parenting style,found that there was significantly correlated between students' perceptions of teacher support and self-control;in the family,the educational level of parents had a significant influence on their self-control;the level of those pupils who were educated by parents were significantly higher than that of the mother,father and grandparents who were responsible by oneself.In the end,on the basis of analysis of the results,the study researched the problem and reason from three aspects as students themselves,teachers and parents,offered education countermeasures and suggestions to train and develop the pupils' self-control,provided an effective way for parents,teachers and students themselves,to promote the pupils could enhance their own effective control from within.
