We always focus on the development of mass sports fitness,In the twenty years from”National Fitness Program Outline”announced.If we want to achieve fitness goals,to create a national fitness system with Chinese characteristics,the most important task is to promote and develop diversity,mass physical fitness activities.The first goal is to strive to explore a variety of sports which is suitable for public participation.and to carry out such a wide range of group fitness activities,so as to meet the public’s demand for physical fitness.In this case,badminton,croquet,martial arts,table tennis and other sports fitness has gradually available been available In institutions and communities.The emerging sports,balloon volleyball,has its own unique charm to attract more and more physical exerciser,such as convenient,easy to learn,security,economic,interesting and so on,that’s why it has been so sought after by many enthusiasts.It meets the needs of the different ages of the exerciser fitness entertainment,and plays an important role in public health activities.In recent years,balloon volleyball developed relative rapidly in many areas like Henan,Gansu and Guangxi,Fujian.In order to respond positively to the call of "National Fitness Program Outline,",to promote and develop the balloon volleyball in nationwide,this paper analysis Xinxiang Balloon Volleyball development stage,by collecting and processing large amounts of balloon volleyball related literature,in the method of investigates,interviews,logical analysis,and provide a strong theoretical basis for the development of Xinxiang balloon volleyball.From the results of this paper,the main reasons to influence Xinxiang balloon volleyball development is as follows: First,the leaders’ insufficient emphasis,resulting in balloon volleyball appears inadequate capital investment,organization and management is inadequate in Xinxiang.Second,the site and equipment is not enough,which limited the development of the balloon volleyball in Xinxiang.It’s been the fundamental problem for they can’t meet the needs of Balloon Volleyball activities.Third,the lack of funding for this activity.we will require certain financial activities as security,so lacking of funds also hindered the development of balloon volleyball to some extent.Sixth,the awareness bias of Balloon Volleyball.Just like young people,most even does not get the specific rule beside ever heard.the majority of students’ evaluation of balloon volleyball only limited entertaining and interesting,which greatly weakenedtheir interest in learning,reducing the enthusiasm of students to participate,so that affect the extend of balloon volleyball in the students.In summary,the promotion of Balloon Volleyball must consider various comprehensive factors,and gradually solve the problem encountered in the promotion process,in order to achieve the popularity and promotion of balloon volleyball effectively.
