Feasibility Study On Opening Balloon Volleyball In College Physical Education Course In Lanzhou

College Physical Education is an important content of comprehensive education in Colleges and universities and an important means to promote students health.As a new sport,balloon volleyball has the characteristics of light sphere,soft material,high safety and strong entertainment.In order to promote the overall and healthy development of College students,school physical education curriculum should set up balloon volleyball sport items with low technical difficulty and popular society.Balloon volleyball has not been popularized in College Physical Education Curriculum in Lanzhou.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the necessity and feasibility of offering Balloon Volleyball in the course of College Physical Education in Lanzhou,and draws the following conclusions:1.Balloon volleyball is light,soft in material,high in safety,and has unique technical movements.It does not require students physical conditions and fitness.It is very suitable for college development and popularization in Lanzhou.2.The physical education courses in Lanzhou are mainly based on traditional events,while the volleyball courses are mainly based on hard volleyball.However,students are not optimistic about the learning situation of hard volleyball,and the purpose of choosing volleyball courses has changed.3.Most college students in Lanzhou are in the embryonic stage of understanding the balloon volleyball sport,but they are interested in more students and have a strong desire to learn.From the willingness to open the balloon volleyball course,the teachers and students of the school are unanimously very supportive of the course.4.The class hours and ground of physical education in Colleges and universities in Lanzhou can basically meet the teaching needs of balloon volleyball.Volleyball class hours remain unchanged,teaching equipment is changed;the air volleyball court is simply arranged on the basis of the original ground,adding ground lines to reduce the height of the net.5.Lack of emphasis on introducing new projects,students' understanding of balloon volleyball,lack of professional balloon volleyball teachers and curricula system in Lanzhou universities limit the development of balloon volleyball inuniversities.According to the above-mentioned needs and current situation of setting up balloon volleyball in the course of College Physical Education in Lanzhou City,this paper mainly puts forward the following five suggestions: 1.For the current college physical education in Lanzhou City,before setting up balloon volleyball optional course,do some propaganda to the balloon volleyball project,first publicize,then open it.2.Strengthen the teaching staff of atmospheric volleyball,train existing volleyball teachers and other special young teachers,and improve the quantity and quality of volleyball teachers.3.Further improve the facilities of balloon volleyball field,provide material basis for balloon volleyball teaching,optimize the exercise space for students and improve the teaching environment.4.Organize all kinds of balloon volleyball competitions,set up school balloon volleyball clubs,let more students participate in balloon volleyball,promote exchanges and learn from each other.5.Based on the change of the rules of balloon volleyball,we should strengthen the training,learning and communication of the rules,and promote the latest sports standards in time.
