Teachers' verbal feedback play an important role in the classroom teaching.From the perspective of knowledge,teachers' verbal feedback of high quality is a bridge to realize the interaction between teachers and students.It can not only help students to understand their own advantages and disadvantages,but also can help students to improve themselves.From the perspective of students' emotion,teachers' verbal feedback of high quality is concerned with students' self-esteem and emotion,which can help students gain positive emotional experience and improve their interest and confidence.From the perspective of teachers' and students' relationship,teachers' verbal feedback of high quality can alleviate tension,teachers can get the trust of students and narrow the distance between teachers and students.Although educational circles always emphasize the importance role of feedback and advocate that teachers should give students reasonable and effective feedback,there are still some problems exiting in the use of teachers' verbal feedback.Therefore,this paper is triggered by probing into the problems.This thesis adopts literature,observation and interview.Through reading abundant literature,it formulates an observation table of using verbal feedback by high-grade chinese teachers in primary school,on basis of Zhao Changyou,Huang Shuqin,Wang Xiaoxia et al' studies.The research observes 96 Chinese classes of high-grade Chinese classes via the observation table,interviews 10 teachers and students and selects two typical cases in five primary schools from A city.Ultimately,the research analyzes the current situation of teachers' verbal feedback used in high-grade Chinese classes in primary school,finds the problems of which in the using process,explores the causes and puts forward improvement strategies.This study is divided into six sections.The first part mainly narrates the origin of the question,the significance of the research,the review of the research findings fromdomestic and overseas,the theoretical basis of this study,and the related concepts definition.The second part mainly introduces the methods and clues of research.The third part analyzes the current situation of teachers' verbal feedback used in the highgrade Chinese classes in primary school including the analysis of the observation results,the analysis of the interview results and typical case analysis.The fourth part analyzes the problems in teachers' verbal feedback used process and explores causes of it,which is based on the result of observation,interview and typical cases.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies,which is based on problems.The sixth part is the conclusion,innovation and reflection.
