| Spontaneous mass sports organization is in the common interests in sports and hobbies sports organization formed on the basis of an informal, flexible forms of rich content, organization of their activities and public participation convenient, by the majority of people’s favorite. At present, the spontaneous public sports organization has become the main mode of mass sports activities in China, meet the people’s demands, promoting the development of mass sports in China has played an important role. Therefore, the study of spontaneous organization law of development of mass sports in Lanzhou city, to promote the national fitness project in Lanzhou has some significance.This study used literature, interviews, questionnaires and methods of logical analysis, of Lanzhou city conducted an in-depth study of spontaneous mass sports organization.
