Study On The Operation Mechanism Of The Spontaneous Outdoor Sports Organization

In recent years,the living standard of Chinese people is improving day by day,the demand of spiritual and cultural level is constantly increasing,and the attention to physical quality is increasing.People are eager to meet their own needs to strengthen their bodies and enrich their spare time life through sports,so people with the same sports hobbies gather together and spontaneously form a variety of sports groups.On the basis of this sports group,take the spontaneous outdoor sports organization as the research object,explore the strategies adopted in the organization operation,and provide new ideas for the development and research of such organizations.This article mainly adopts the case interview method,in Hunan A county "JIAO CHE FENG outdoor","QI XING groups" and "KU PAO association" three spontaneous outdoor sports organization as the research object,based on the analysis of system administrative organization theory,organization sociology,combined with observation method,interview method,the organization and organization members investigation,interview and collect data,research organization operation and the benign operation of the operation mechanism.The study found that the spontaneous outdoor sports organization in County A is mainly divided into four mechanisms: guarantee mechanism,communication mechanism,incentive mechanism and decision-making mechanism.In the guarantee mechanism,government support,value orientation,group identification and system regulation work;in the communication mechanism;in the incentive mechanism,oral praise and e-certification,the decision making mechanism is made through clear objectives,information collection,program formulation and program implementation.However,in the process of operation,there are problems such as imperfect guarantee mode,insufficient external communication and single incentive mode,and these organizations need to make optimization strategies to ensure the benign and sustainable development of such organizations.
