Study On The Cultural Connotation Of Traditional Martial Arts

For the dissemination of Chinese traditional martial arts, we use the literature and logical reasoning to study the inherent traditional culture in the name of the martial arts boxing in this article.This paper is divided into three parts. The first,we study the influence on the generated and the development of traditional martial arts boxing name by the human environment and geographical environment in Regional Culture, Confucianism and Taoism in Chinese traditional mainstream thought and Taoism and Buddhism in Chinese traditional religions. The second,we classify the same literal meaning of the name of the martial arts boxing as one category, including "Chinese traditional philosophy nouns", "Place names", "Family names", "Personal names", "Animals and entities", "Methods ", "Forms", "Factions". For each category we made a detailed analysis and list one representative boxing in this text. The last, we explore the cultural meaning of traditional martial arts boxing name. This connotation involving the "home" culture which have a family blood relationship characteristic, emphasis on human relations and respect for teachers, advocating harmony thought and peaceful coexistence, eclectic ideas of learning and absorbing, the idea that "man and nature are integrated", the dynamic balance dialectical thinking and the intuition realized thought of watching for images.Based on the names of boxing martial arts contains the analysis of the connotation of Chinese traditional culture, for later in traditional Wushu spreading process, providing a theoretical support. From the penetration of the martial arts culture to achieve the purpose of traditional martial arts, can make people more recognition of traditional martial arts, so as to achieve the recognition of traditional Chinese culture.
