Kindergarten teachers' professional development level is the core element of the pre-school education quality improvement. Two phase of the "three years of preschool education action plan" of continuous implementation, make our country preschool education, especially the rural preschool education, great changes have taken place in the focus of the preschool education also gradually shift from the expansion of the kindergarten for kindergarten quality improvement, however, to effectively solve China's rural kindergarten kindergarten teacher shortage problems caused by the expansion, through open recruitment, job-transfer way such as teachers, special duty plan added part of kindergarten teachers not majored in preschool education, which used "designed by cioffi, hire a" of the pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers obviously unfavorable to the rural pre-school education quality improvement.Therefore, the researchers will rural the pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers' professional development as the research subject.This study in the kindergarten teachers' professional standards and the existing research compiled on the basis of the rural the pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers' professional development present situation investigation questionnaire, H county of gansu province respectively 40 non pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers to issue the questionnaire, interview on the basis of the four the four rural pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers and the kindergarten, in combing the rural pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers' professional development status quo, on the basis of found rural pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers in professional development exists backward specialty were low, and lack professional knowledge, professional ability is low and so on. The researchers on the analysis of the influence rural the pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers' professional development, on the basis of subjective and objective reasons, from the local department of education, training institutions, kindergartens, teachers and so on four aspects to promote rural the pre-school education professional kindergarten teachers' professional development strategy.
