Since the nineties of the 20 th century in the United States, have been to the establishment of a preschool teacher’s professional standards began to explore, in the 21 st century, the research of preschool teacher’s professional standards into the period of rapid development.NAEYC is the authority of the preschool education institutions in the United States, its constant revision in the years of practice, improve the preschool teacher’s professional standards.In 1985 from the preschool teachers’ professional preparation guide initially set, by 2001, 2002, 2003 revision of the "standard of early education professional personnel training",and then to 2009 "NAEYC early education teacher professional preparation standards",the perfecting of standard led the "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs" become the one of the important reference standards of preschool teacher education.This thesis adapted comparative and analytic research methods for "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs" construction of course, a background, the goal and the organization, specific content, the implementation and the effect of various aspects such as comprehensive analysis, makes every effort to gain such as both standard quality and the implementation process, build multivariate preschool teachers standard evaluation system, combining with the standards established norms of preschool teacher training and certification system, pay attention to the combination of the standards of the state and local preschool teachers of reference and enlightenment. The full text mainly consists of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,In this section, the author explains the intention for this paper, defines related terms and briefly reviews current researches. The purpose of this paper and research methods are also discussed in this section.The second part for the preschool teacher’s professional standards system of construction process.Starting to build the first infant normal schools, the United States has gradually realized the importance of the cultivation of preschool teachers, in the nineties of the 20 th century has entered a rapid development stage, about the establishment of a preschool teacher’s professional standards has made many achievements, and in the years to revise and perfect the standard, eventually formed the "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs".This chapter from the longitudinal construction course of preschool teacher’s professional standards to wake to the United States, in order to deepen the understanding of the standard.The third part is background, mainly from the influence of the national reform of teacher education movement, as well as the influence of the " world " of teachers’ professionalization, to the United States itself quality of preschool education development needs, and the government and social development needs of the international and domestic background is presented in two aspects.The fourth part is structure with the target, mainly introduced the terminology in this standard as well as the composition, and studied the basis of the standards and core objectives.Fifth part is "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs" core content and function, mainly for early primary children teachers’ professional preparation standards and advanced early childhood teacher professional preparation standard in two parts, respectively of the core content and effect were studied.The sixth part is "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs" features of the problem and analysis, this paper introduces the features of the standard and existing problems, and according to the analysis of existing problems.The seventh part is divided into the "2010 NAEYC standard for Initial & Advanced early childhood Professional Prepare Programs" enlightenment on preschool teachers’ professional standards in our country, with the comparative analysis of the kindergarten teachers’ professional standard in our country, summarize extracted to our country will perfect the preschool teacher’s professional standards.
