This research through narrative preschool teachers’ professional life factors to promote kindergarten teachers’ professional development, narrative research adopts the qualitative research methods, choose a kindergarten teacher as its research object. In the deep of the teachers’ professional life, on the basis of tracing the effect factors of the professional development to make more comprehensive and in-depth analysis.According to the analysis of raw data, the researchers will study the professional development process is divided into the survival stage, strengthening stage, new stage and mature stage four stages, the teacher’s professional life made a comprehensive and thorough narrative description, complete presented a kindergarten teacher’s professional development experience. Researchers from the personal traits and personal interactions with the environment two aspects, discusses the the main influence factors of teacher’s professional development. First of all, the researchers analyzed the object of study in the professional life of two levels:the individual dominant professional development and to interact with others and the environment of professional development, to reflect the individual characteristics; Secondly, researchers from the perspective of individual and the environment interaction, analyses its influence factors in the process of professional development. Researcher summed up the teacher’s professional development:in prosperity in the positive enterprising, insist on self, in adversity enthusiasm created during the development platform, a strong sense of self development throughout.In addition, the theoretical part of this research conclusion on the relationship of the preschool teachers’ professional development, made a tentative hopes for preschool teachers’ education and teacher professional development to provide theoretical reference.Finally, the researchers from the research validity and ethical questions, the results of the study and research to reflect on the insufficiency to this research.
