Nowadays,more and more people pay attention to early childhood education.For education,the most important educators are not only parents but also teachers.The object of early childhood education is children aged 3-6,and the group it faces has its particularity,so it has higher professional requirements for teachers.The professional development of preschool teachers and the professional level of preschool teachers will directly affect the quality of kindergarten education,and the follow-up learning of children,so that the lifelong development of children and the quality of the whole nation will have an immeasurable impact.Therefore,this study takes the teachers of public kindergartens and private kindergartens in yanbian area as the research object,and analyzes the influence of preschool teachers' professional self-consciousness on the professional development of preschool teachers with the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,education statistics and interview,so as to promote the professional development of preschool teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The general level of preschool teachers' professional self-consciousness,self-knowledge,self-experience and self-regulation are in the general level.There are differences in professional self-consciousness among preschool teachers of different teaching ages,educational background,kindergartens and professional titles.(2)The overall level of preschool teachers' professional development,professional knowledge and ability are at the general level,and the professional concept and teacher ethics are at a good level.There are differences in the professional development level of preschool teachers in different kindergartens,education background,major(the last one),teaching age and professional title.(3)There is a correlation between preschool teachers' professional self-consciousness and their professional development.The overall level of preschool teachers' professional self-consciousness,self-knowledge,self-experience and self-regulation affect the overall level of teachers'professional development,professional concept,teacher ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.(4)The social status and economic treatment of preschool teachers,the incentive mechanism and post-service training of preschool teachers,their professional motivation,working attitude and teaching reflection habit are the main reasons affecting the professional development of preschool teachers.Based on the above research conclusions,the following Suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of teachers,kindergartens and society:(1)Improve the professional motivation of preschool teachers and promote the development of teachers' professional knowledge and ability(2)Develop the habit of self-learning and self-reflection,and promote the development of teachers' professional ability(3)Change the concept of preschool education,improve the professional concept and moral level of preschool teachers(4)To increase post-service training opportunities for preschool teachers and promote the development of teachers' professional knowledge(5)Improving the mechanism for stimulating teachers 'professional development(6)Improve the social status and economic treatment of preschool teachers...
