With the development of modern information technology, computer Internet provides a good support for teaching resources sharing and information exchange in the network education environment. What's more, it promotes the development of the network education learning platform. This platform embodies the substantial advantages of network education, which has broken the limit of time and space in traditional education, so that learners can study at any time anywhere in-stand of studying at school. The platform provides opportunity for many social members to enhance their education degree, which makes lifelong education become possible.Traditional network education learning platform is centered on the system function,under the education trend of people-oriented, learner-centered and personalized learning concept,the shortages of the traditional network education learning platform exposed gradually,among which they lacked the attention of network learners' learning behavior. In previous studies, most scholars mainly study the non academic education students' characteristics in the network education, or analysis online learning situation of traditional school students.They mainly use data mining technology to analyze the platform of Web data or question survey result to analysis. However, there are few scholars to study about students' behavior of network continuing education. The study of comprehensive features of such learners group learning behavior is important for the personalized learning platform analysis which based on the network learning behavior.Firstly, under the above research background, this paper proposed the significance of network of continuing education in learners' learning behavior analysis. Secondly, follow the principle of "people-oriented" and "learner-centered", considered the online education learning platforms background data of Xi'Dian University and Network with the School of Continuing Education as sources, on the relevant factors and network learning behavior analysis model, learning time, learning course preferences, single course access frequency,interaction motivation and learning outcomes are main analyzed in this paper, obtained the comprehensive characteristics of the network learners' learning behavior. Finally, in the "behaviorism learning" and "personalized learning" theory, based on the characteristics of the network learning behavior results, the main problems of the conventional model of online education learning platforms were pointed out. This paper completed the personalized network education learning platform model construction, and improved the learning platform personalization capabilities.Through the application of the personalized learning platform model to the network education, it not only provides the learners of online education personalized support services in the learning process and alleviates the network learners' loneliness effectively,but also can improve the learning efficiency and enhance the students' enthusiasm in the study, which truly realized the network education's concept of people-oriented, learners centered and personalized learning.
