Under The Background Of Sunshine Sports Big Recess Nanchang City Junior High School Sports Activities To Carry Out The Status Of The Research

With the improvement of people's living standard, most teenagers living in this age enjoy the rich life, at the same time they also faced with the decline in physical fitness. According to the survey, the physical quality of teenagers in our country is declining gradually, overweight, obesity, physical deterioration is the important factors leading to the decline in the level of adolescent health. School big-sports recess is the extension of exercise between classes and it is to regulate emotions and inspire the spirit of the elimination of brain fatigue,to allow students to follow-up energy into learning the lesson.This paper tutor presided over the project of Jiangxi province department of education "big health sunshine sports project research and practice of" one of the achievements of subject, therefore, uses the literature review, questionnaire survey,structural interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, analyzes the development situation of Nanchang junior middle school, the author on the basis of big-sports recess, found the problem and put forward the advice to solve the problem, in order to enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in activities. Specific research results show that:1, Introduction of new projects and reform the old principles to make the modification and content more innovative,and the combination and promotion of quality education.2, the leaders of school should continue to maintain the understanding of the important of school sports activities, ensure the frequency of students to participate in the big-sports recess, supervise the students to complete the required objectives.3, on the basis of full use of existing sports venues and facilities,and increase the countries financial support for students sports venues.4, communicate with experts to study to establish accountability mechanisms,set the power of the entire school teachers and students together big recess sports organization and management, reduce the pressure of the physical education teachers.And to make clear rules for duty system, further implement the leadershipresponsibility system, the head teacher responsibility system, physical education teachers responsibility system.5, breaking the traditional exam-oriented education concept, strengthen the scientific research work big recess, reasonable arrangement of literacy class learning time, mix, make big recess for nervous learning life have physical and mental adjustment.6, fully develop, create and use of the existing sports curriculum resources, the development of sports equipment, renovation and improvement of sports school location equipment, the introduction of emerging sports, enriched the contents of the big recess.
