| The development of sunshine sports has set off a wave of physical exercise in primary and secondary schools across the country.Large-class recess is one of the effective ways for students to carry out sunshine sports,which is not only a way for students to relieve fatigue and regulate their emotions,but also an important way for students to carry out physical exercise and cultivate a lifelong awareness of sports.This study uses literature,survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the development of sunshine sports in primary schools in Zhengzhou City,and to analyze several aspects such as the organization,content,management and safety supervision of large classes.The research findings are as follows:1.All primary schools in the Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou City regularly organize and implement sunshine sports recesses in accordance with national policy requirements,and the recesses cover a wide range of areas,are varied and rich in content.2.In terms of students’ attitudes towards participation in recess,it is generally positive and there is a very strong willingness to create and supervise the content of recess activities.However,due to various constraints,there are fewer opportunities for students to participate.3.Some of the primary schools in Zhengzhou City’s Zhengdong New District lack a class weekly and monthly assessment system for the implementation of the Sunshine Physical Education Recess,and need to further improve their management mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms.4.The physical education teachers in the primary schools in Zhengzhou City’s Zhengdong New District all have a high level of participation in the Sunshine Sports Recess;in terms of teacher professional development,the schools also take different approaches to retrain teachers professionally and improve their professional skills.5.Primary schools in Zhengzhou City’s Zhengdong New District show a trend of diversification in the content,organization and arrangement of recess activities.6.Problems in the implementation of recess:(1)Insufficient awareness of recess among students;(2)Low utilization of sports facilities in schools;(3)Inadequate organization and management systems;(4)Uncontrollable factors such as epidemics and weather affecting the implementation of recess;(5)Insufficient updating of the content and format of recess.7.Problems in the implementation of recess:(1)insufficient knowledge of recess;(2)low utilization of sports facilities;(3)inadequate organizational management system;(4)insufficient updating of the content and format of recess.(5)There is a shortage of indoor activity venues and activities are easily affected by epidemics and weather conditions. |
