Ideological And Political Education Of Students With Difficult Employment In Higher Vocational Colleges

The goal of higher vocational college education is to cultivate talents who meet the needs of society, employment is the people's livelihood, how to make the students from college students to the social stage, the key is how to do the ideological and political education work, to prevent the phenomenon of difficult employment.According to the survey data analysis, higher vocational colleges are prone to have significant characteristics of the students who have difficulty in employment.With the continuous reform and development of higher education, the number of students with employment difficulty in higher vocational colleges is increasing, but the lack of targeted ideological and political education, ideological and political education, ideological and political education function is missing, so it is urgent to strengthen vocational education.The first part of this paper summarizes the characteristics of vocational students by investigating data. To solve the problem of employment difficulties students,improve the vocational education mechanism of academic thought through the macro management of school, freshmen to establish omni-directional service concerned files to provide personalized guidance of Ideological and political education, home school cross community management, flat type feedback.To strengthen the construction of education team, optimize the function of the teachers' team in the ideological and Political Education through professional construction, expert training, basic security and so on.To strengthening the ideological and political education of students in Higher Vocational Colleges through the optimization theory research, the renewal idea,the optimization model and so on. Improving the ideological and political education of students in Higher Vocational Colleges through diversified reform, recessive infiltration, innovative practice.Finally, from the material and spirit of the two aspects to optimize the employment of higher vocational students in the environment.This paper puts forward the concept of "vocational students", and analyzes thecharacteristics of this group. It will be a research object of Ideological and political education. The transformation of the research perspective, from the results and the reasons, preventive research.
