Ideological And Political Education In Employment Guidance Work In Higher Vocational Institutes On Problems And Countermeasures Of Research

With the development of higher education, more and more young people receive it and the number of college graduates increases annually. The scale of students in higher vocational colleges has exceeded a half of the whole of higher education. They are facing the increasing pressure of employment. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition, higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the employment guidance work. However most of them only focus on the graduate’s employment situation and policy education, neglecting to cultivate the students’ employment concept, value orientation and ethical aspects and Overlooked the importance of employment ideological and political education.Based on the higher vocational colleges in Chongqing, this article followed the research idea of "theoretical research—present situation investigation—and countermeasure study" and used the research methods such as literature method, questionnaire survey method. It investigated part of the teachers, students and graduates from22of the36higher vocational colleges in Chongqing. It analyzed some main problems deeply and proposed some strategies. This article is divided into three parts:In the first part, it expounded the connotation of ideological and political education work in Employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.In the second part, it pointed out the existing problems of ideological and political education in the employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges.In the third part, aimed at the analysis of the causes of the problems, it put forward the reform countermeasures to be implemented from three aspects, including the education, the education object and social.
