Research On "Four Difficulties" Of Students Majoring In Tourism Management In CJ Secondary Vocational Schools

At present,tourism has become the strategic pillar industry of the national economy and the most satisfactory modern service industry for the people.With the continuous promotion of national strategy from“a big tourist country" to "tourism power",the demand of society for high-quality tourism professionals is higher and more urgent.However,with the increasing contradiction between vocational education and general education,the problems of "four difficulties"(ideological confusion,psychological problems,learning difficulties,employment predicament)of secondary vocational students are increasingly prominent.In particular,tourism management major as a popular major in secondary vocational schools,the cultivation of tourism professionals has been widely concerned and highly valued by relevant experts and scholars and the society.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and solve the "four difficulties" existing in the students majoring in tourism management.In this paper,CJ secondary vocational school students majoring in tourism management as the research object,using the methods of questionnaire,interview,literature analysis and other research methods,on the basis of extensive collection and management of relevant theoretical results and practical experience,in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of the "four difficulties" of secondary vocational students majoring in tourism.By using the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems and causes,and seeks for the improvement countermeasures to solve them,in order to guide the education,teaching and management services of the students majoring in tourism management in secondary vocational schools,so as to promote the healthy growth of such students.At the same time,it can provide some reference for the growth of secondary vocational students of other majors,general high school students,higher vocational students and other kinds of educated groups.
