With the rapid development of information technology,under the auspices of "student-centered" educational philosophy background,the original capacity,long time curriculum resources has no way to meet the needs of students.Micro course,as a new form of resource,with the advantages of scene real,flexible form,outstanding theme,interactive,dynamically generated and short.Micro course content fragmentation and time is short features just to meet students' learning needs at add moments,achieve learner autonomy and individualized learning.To the present,micro course resource development has greatly improved both the quantity,type and utilization.In this paper,the development and application of micro course status about the high school biology teachers in Dalian were studied.Interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation,data access methods were adopted in this paper.Random sampling was also used to analyze 12 high schools in Dalian about the development and application status of micro course that focus on the development of the actual situation of micro course,micro course development way and method,the problems in the process of the development and application and the actual situation of students apply high school biology micro course in order to provide advice and help to development and application of the high school biology micro course resources in Dalian.The results of the survey showed that: each school have greatly improved on the importance,the utilization rate of micro course and so on.But there still exists some problems: first,teachers' concept needs to be updated;second,students' attitudes to be improved;third,school support needs to be strengthened;fourth,instructional design needs to be improved;fifth,micro course quality to be improved;sixth,production technology needs to be improved.There were many causes of the above phenomena,micro course is a new thing,many people not understand enough,some people are watching and even oppose attitude,so increase the micro course on the propaganda,strengthen the micro course of teachers' professional technical training is very necessary.For the above-mentioned problems existing in biology micro course of the development and application in Dalian high schools,the following advice were given here : first,updating teachers' concept;second,improving students' self-learning ability;third,improving school degree of attention;fourth,improving the quality of the micro course resources;fifth,enhancing the micro course social services;sixth,strengthening the micro course production technology training;at last,building multi-functional micro course resource platform.
