With the continuous innovation of information technology and teaching theory,classroom teaching methods are constantly developing,while the traditional biological classroom has been unable to fully meet the needs of students' learning.In recent years,the flipped classroom began to enter people's vision,and has been increasingly favored by academics,teachers and experts.At present,the flipped classroom research involves lots of subjects and fields,including mathematics,physics,biology and so on,but few people start to study high school biology teaching from the perspective of micro courses and the flipped classroom.The theme of this paper is the flipped classroom which has to do with biology teaching in senior high school based on micro courses.First of all,on the basis of the excellent flipped classroom model,combined with the actual situation of local education by referring to domestic and foreign research,the author has designed a unique biology flipped classroom teaching process which based on micro courses in high school on the guidance of Bloom's mastery learning theory.This process can be divided into three parts: learning before class,teaching during class and studying after class.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of high school biology classroom teaching,the author puts forward some teaching strategies,including the preparation before class,teaching strategies in class and evaluation afterclass.Third,according to the teaching process and these strategies,the author carried out practical teaching activities of the flipped classroom with three classes in a high school as to experiment object.Finally,the author expounds teaching effectiveness on the basis of a lot of first-hand information through questionnaire survey,teaching achievement and student feedback.Teaching practices show that the new knowledge learning,resource searching,interaction with students before class,during class and after class are improved,the flipped classroom in senior high school biology teaching based on micro courses has been recognized and loved by students,not only to increase students' grade,to stimulate students' intrinsic motivation and improve interest in biology,but also to promote students' participation in knowledge learning and develop students' autonomous learning and communicating and cooperative abilities.
