In this paper,micro Biochemistry Lesson in Medical Education,for example,literature research,questionnaire,quasi-experimental method of its feasibility,necessity and validity of the survey,compared the properties of the micro-lesson at home and abroad,Features formed regional characteristics,subject characteristics,the characteristics of the micro-class theoretical system institutions,to promote the integration of information technology and teaching,and to build an open,interactive network of micro-teaching,micro-class blend of outstanding works.Build a discipline of teaching experience sharing and teaching style show platform to promote to enhance teachers' professional development and teaching ability to provide independent learning auxiliary platform,describes the process and methods of micro Course designed by text columns to micro lesson as a teaching aid means to carry out teaching,good teaching effect,and use AHP method to influence the micro-lesson in biochemistry education factors influencing effects were weight calculation for the problems identified in the proposed corresponding measures.
